1. Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, Health 3.0 currently is not taking insurance. Often with conventional medicine insurance companies have dictated what Physicians can or cannot do with their patients. This is a huge stumbling block inhibiting quality care. We want to re-establish the Doctor-patient relationship to improve health outcomes. There may be blood work, prescriptions, imaging, and other testing and codes that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
2. Is blood work and other testing included?
DNA testing is included in the annual and VIP membership package. There will be other blood work, lab and imaging testing if needed not included. This will be billed directly to the patient.
3. Do you accept HSA and FSA for payment?
Yes! We can accept both HSA and FSA cards. We would recommend patients reaching out to these institutions directly as guidelines may vary.

5. What is the difference again between conventional medicine and Health 3.0?
The current healthcare system is based on a sick medicine model with general guidelines for most people. Our philosophy is a one size fits all models is not good for quality health outcomes. Our Initial intake with each patient can take 2-4x longer than conventional medicine. This is because we want to really get to know who you are and where you are on your health journey. Based upon your symptoms, current concerns and future goals we as a team customize a plan to meet you where you are.
6. What is the biological age test?
It is an at-home epigenetic test that tells you how old you really are vs your chronological age. It analyzes how fast or slow your body is currently aging on a cellular level. 7. What is included in the Health 3.0 plan?
You will have an extensive medical intake questionnaire that will help the team understand your entire history and current concerns, lifestyle and goals. You will have access to quarterly visits with a Board-certified Physician and weekly checkups from your coach and/or your nutritionist. Convenient online scheduling to fit in visits at times that works for you. Unlimited messaging.
8. Do you treat children?
